Susan Alderson is a watercolorist. She is the owner and instructor at Brushworks Art Studio, Anaheim, California

Brushworks Art Studio offers Monthly Watercolor Classes for intermediate to advanced artists. It also offers commissioned artwork, specializing in animal portraits, European landmarks, Family portraits and much more.

In addition to her work, Susan generously gives her time to the community and schools through judging local art shows as well as demonstrating watercolor techniques at the Orange County Fair, the Los Angeles County Fair, local Art Associations and Art groups.

	"Watercolor Magic" magazine (a national publication in USA) awarded "Bentley's Morning Ritual" First Place, Animal category for 2007. It will be published in the August 2007 issue of the magazine. Bentley was one of Susan's own cats. He passed away at the age of 17 years shortly after she captured this image.
